its a guy in a freakin' mouse suit

frances' 7th birthday gift was a trip to the happiest place on earth, well the one in tokyo anyway. so i was wondering, if mickey is a mouse and he has a pet dog named pluto, how come hes bigger than the dog? and how come the dog doesnt talk?
